The Benson Mills Group provides food safety training for your management team. Our food safety training classes are taught by certified food safety instructors who have more than 15 years of training experience and our exams are administered by registered exam proctors. The Benson Mills Group’s training program is designed to equip foodservice managers with the techniques and know-how to implement proper food handling methods in their facilities.

- Class: 8hrs
- Exam: 90 questions multiple choice
- Score: 70 minimum
- Certification: Valid for 5 years

Students must acquire their study manual prior to the class date to allow time for pre-class preparation and study.
We recommend that students begin studying the material 3 to 4 weeks before class.
Upon registration and payment, students are immediately assigned an instructor. Students have access to their assigned instructor before their training date; allowing them the opportunity to receive explanation or clarification in any area in which they may be having trouble during the studying process.
The Day of Class
The instructor goes over the entire 10 chapters in the study manual.
The exam is administered at the end and the student has two hours to take the exam.
Students must bring their ID to class to be allowed to take the exam.
