Additionally, our food safety certification exams are administered by registered exam proctors. Before Class
• Materials are distributed to participants prior to the class date to allow time for pre-class preparation and study.
• Upon registration students are immediately assigned an instructor.
• Students have access to their assigned instructor before their training date; allowing them the opportunity to receive explanation or clarification in any area in which they may be having trouble.
The Day of Class
• The entire study manual is reviewed.
• The Benson Mills Group recognizes that students learn differently and avoids using a “cookie cutter” approach to instruction. This is accomplished by utilizing varying interactive and hands-on training methods that are designed to fully engage the student.
